'Ghislaine de Féligonde' is an exceptional but little known rambling rose that produces innumerable medium-small, double, orangey-yellow flowers in large clusters.

'Ghislaine de Féligonde' flowers are distinctive, with their unique coloration and large stamen area. The bright yellow buds occur in truly massive clusters of 10 - 20.

'Ghislaine de Féligonde' flowers quickly pale to light yellow after they open. The plant will make a massive shrub or a moderately vigorous climber. It is an excellent choice for an arbor or trellis.

Ghislaine de Féligonde' blooms are medium sized (2-1/2"), semi-double, light yellowish white, tinged flesh colored, and occur in clusters of 10-20. The blooms repeat in cycles throughtout the growing season. The growth habit is bushy and vigorous.

'Ghislaine de Féligonde' makes an excellent small climber or pillar rose. The foliage is medium green and the stems are nearly thornless.

'Ghislaine de Féligonde' makes a vigorous climber (15' to 20') or, left to its own devices, will make a large mounding shrub (7' high and 8' wide).

The foliage is medium green and glossy. The canes are almost thornless. In autumn the leaves turn orangey-brown.

R - Repeat. 'Ghislaine de Féligonde' starts blooming in April in the Texas Hill Country. The primary bloom is in the spring, but scattered blooms occur on new wood throughout the season. Under excellent conditions it will bloom continuously.
