c - Continuous. 'Will Scarlet' begins blooming in April in the Texas Hill Country and blooms more or less continuously until frost. The summer bloom is somewhat less than the spring and fall bloom.

'Will Scarlet' blooms are medium sized (3 inches) and open flat to expose very prominent golden stamens. The petal bases are white, giving the occasional appearance of a small white eye area around the stamens.
