Russelliana And Veilchenblau

As you proceed along the lane toward Seewald Road, there are two magnificent roses. In the foreground is 'Russelliana', a prolific, once-blooming rose that can reach heights of twenty feet or more. We prefer to let it assume its natural form as a mounding shrub.

'Veilchenblau' is German for violet/blue. This rose certainly lives up to its name, whatever the language.
